Job Title: Regional Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house restaurant operations across The Coffee Hub Group’s locations. This role ensures that each restaurant delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience, maintains operational efficiency, and upholds brand standards. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The Regional Restaurant Operations Manager works closely with the Food Services Director, who leads the culinary operations, to ensure seamless service delivery across all outlets. Each Restaurant Manager reports directly to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily front-of-house operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring excellent service, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor Restaurant Managers, providing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance service standards to ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience at all outlets.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor revenue, costs, and overall financial performance of each restaurant, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Process & Standards Compliance: Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistency across locations.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure all restaurant facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration with Culinary Operations: Work closely with the Food Services Director to align front-of-house operations with kitchen efficiency, menu execution, and food presentation.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Support and implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular operational updates and reports to the Directors, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, hospitality operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in front-of-house operations, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams, customers, and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple restaurant locations efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven operational decisions.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software systems for reservations, POS, and performance tracking is an advantage.
