I pulled my first shot of espresso in 2010 and instantly fell in love with making espresso, steaming and pouring milk, and developing efficient systems of workflow. I have worked in hospitality ever since, applying my experience to raise the standard of coffee in environments where high-quality coffee and espresso may not be the norm.
We wanted The Coffee Hub to be a place for families and friends to come together and reconnect with each other! We wanted an upscale space with little things to make it cosy and accommodating! Bright and cheerful colours to warm your spirits with a Rustic, Floral, and Shabby Chic flare! New things to look at around every corner of the shop
Our journey begins with a modest 3 person team which we will grow significantly in the following years. Furniture that were discards on the roadside which we had restored.
"gosh it does sound janky huh, but its one of my favourite places, cause its so clean and the best service, bar none" - this websites developer.
In 2020, the Coffee Hub achieved a remarkable milestone, with the renovation and expansion of our Nadi outlet. This transformation increased our seating capacity to approximately 80 people and introduced a new section adorned with warm lights and an oasis of greenery.
The Coffee Hub is now more than a place for coffee; it's a welcoming sanctuary where stories come to life, and we look forward to sharing this beautiful space with all of our valued customers. Thank you for being a part of our journey to success!
Christmas 2021 marked our 2nd year anniversary for our Nadi outlet and what a serendipitous moment in opening our third location in Zoro's home town.
2023 marked our expension to the capitol city opening our forth location at Corner of Joske and Gordon St, Suva
In a remarkable achievement earlier this year, Zoro's Coffee Hub Fiji opened its fourth outlet in the bustling heart of Suva, the capital of Fiji. This expansion comes after a modest beginning during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the business started with just three staff members in a small café in Nadi. Over the course of three years, they've grown to include two more outlets in the Western Division. Their newest outlet, located at the corner of Joske and Gordon Streets, is scheduled to open soon and promises to offer a unique blend of overseas aesthetics with local products. Zoro and his team are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where customers can enjoy a range of offerings. With more than 200 employees in their four outlets across the country, Coffee Hub Fiji is making a mark in the local dining scene.
Ranking number one on TripAdvisor is a testament to the exceptional dining experience we provide at our restaurant. We are honoured and grateful for the incredible support and positive feedback from our valued customers.
2024 Excitement fills the air as The Coffee Hub Fiji proudly introduces its fifth location. This brand-new express outlet is located in The Star One building in Martintar, making it the second outlet in Nadi. This expansion signifies a momentous step for the brand, bringing its inviting atmosphere and delectable offerings to the heart of the community.
